Great Job Seeker Resource + Exceptional Customer Service

The best thing about zenats is that it has all of your candidate information in one place, so you can easily search for candidates or schedule interviews with them. I like how easy this tool makes finding jobs compared to other job boards/tools out there (i'm looking at you Indeed). It's not always accurate when searching for new positions because they are constantly changing their website layout which causes problems if you're trying to find something specific. Great Solution For Recruiting Teams

I like that it’s easy to use for new users, as well as veterans of other platforms - we were able to transition easily between our previous application (Vault) and this one with relatively little training time required! We are using ATS primarily to onboard candidates into our Talent Acquisition team from external vendors; however, there isn't much in terms of functionality around recruitment processes or sourcing/screening candidate resumes within their system. ZenATS - Super helpful tool and resource

I love that we can communicate with candidates directly through our website without having to pay for expensive software or other platforms like LiveChat, etc., but also have all of their information in one place so it's easy when filling out applications/resumes! It would be nice if there was more flexibility around how much time you could spend viewing each candidate before deciding whether they are "qualified" enough (in terms of your hiring criteria). This helps ensure everyone gets quality
