The best thing about zenats is that it has all of your candidate information in one place, so you can easily search for candidates or schedule interviews with them. I like that it’s easy to use for new users, as well as veterans of other platforms - we were able to transition easily between our previous application (Vault) and this one with relatively little training time required! I love that we can communicate with candidates directly through our website without having to pay for expensive software or other platforms like LiveChat, etc., but also have all of their information in one place so it's easy when filling out applications/resumes! It would be nice if there was more flexibility around how much time you could spend viewing each candidate before deciding whether they are "qualified" enough (in terms of your hiring criteria).
