We were able to find out that they are creative and innovative.

What we found was that they had excellent skills and could handle almost anything that came across their desks. They have a passion for what they do and take pride in what they produce. This translates into very high levels of creativity and technical excellence. They always gave us their best effort and kept us informed throughout the entire project. They worked hard to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. The branding work has brought new customers to my business and given my clients

  • They understand the creative process very well and how to translate ideas into visual concepts.
  • Excellent at coming up with ideas and helping us achieve our goals.
  • They keep you involved in every step of the process, providing progress updates and feedback as needed.
Cons
  • Inexperience with HTML/CSS/Bootstrap - a good thing to know before you start a job like this.
  • Slow with time management - though that may be my own fault because of not knowing their availability.

Great customer service - even when things go wrong (and they do) they're always willing to help.

Not only did they completely change my business brand, but they also came back every couple months and made sure it was working, and constantly improved it until it was perfect! It's hard to find a company that actually gets it right and understands your brand. In my case, they made it so I could easily market myself and expand.
