Zep Fast Cleaner Degreaser ZU50532 Review

I love this product, I've used it before and it works. However, when I opened the shipping box, I found bugs inside. One moved, so I know they were alive and well.

Ideal for stainless steel cookers and appliances. quick and easy to use for fat removal and better than many other products i have bought before. Highly recommended.

My BBQ grill completely cleaned. I sprayed it on and left it on for a while, then sprayed some more to rehydrate and wiped the grill clean. My only issue was that when I received the package and opened it, the bottles were wet and dirty. I had to wash the bottles when I received them.

For removing dirt and grease from deck railings. It's fantastic, dirt, grease and grime just fall off. I grill a lot on my patio and the metal railings get charcoal greased after a season. Thanks to this, metal railings shine like new. I will never use any other product again.

I tried to clean the BBQ grill as directed but the product didn't work. I used almost a full bottle with very little improvement. The $4 Easy Off Grill Cleaner did a much better job. Hot water and DSH soap did a better job too. I do not recommend it for this use. I am so disappointed.

I understand this may not clean the grate but the grease and dirt splatters on exterior surfaces, handles and trays are not impressive. Even with some cleaning it didn't make much of a difference in drying the fat, maybe it works better with fresh fat. I ended up having to wash the grill to clean it. I save it for "lighter" work. The oven cleaner has worked better in the past.

Zep usually has good products so I bought this "degreaser" as it should be good for grilling. The bottom line is that it isn't. Did it help, very little but not even close to what is advertised. I followed the recommendations in the letter, but afterward wiping with a sponge or something similar wasn't enough. I had to rub hard. Very complicated. get rid of fat I ended up using a pressure washer. Although it was very messy, it worked. I do NOT recommend this product and will never buy it again.
