Bad Lot - 12 Pack - Defective - Filters Won't Hold - Water Tastes Bad

I'm having problems that many other customers have mentioned. I can't explain why or how but I am canceling my 12 pack filter subscription. Here are the facts: I have experience with ZeroWater filters and they are said to last much longer than the last 12 packs I bought on here. I'm going through these filters so fast. We were absolutely disappointed with this pack of 12 ZeroWater filters. After ordering them and receiving them on time, we installed the first of the twelve filters in the pack. When it came time to pour water into the coffee maker, only a small amount of water had passed through the filter after about 10 hours. Bad quality this time!

I've been using Zero Water for several years now and often when Zero Water puts their stock filters in dealer stores like Target, Revain the quality is VERY POOR! It's past the return or refund period but as I bought 2 of the 12 packs of replacement filters it took me time to inspect the filters to see if they were SO poor quality. You don't spend enough money

I really want to love this product, I mean who want to have high quality drinking water with the best taste. However. While the filters are wet when you open them, it really makes you wonder if these are recycled filters. No doubt they taste great the first time you use them. But they only last two weeks! I know what you are thinking is TDS but I've been buying Zero Water filters for over a year now and they last just under a month, more or less. But now we would be lucky if it took two weeks…

If you're slow filtering drains, read this and a tip to help extend the life of your filter.

If you are reading about this Zero Water Change Filter, you probably have a Zero Water jug or dispenser. Filtering drains slowly can correct this. The problem is that the filter probably has a large air pocket inside that is preventing water from passing through. Just tap the filter and sometimes the bubble will break into smaller bubbles and come out through the two holes. If that doesn't help, try a small blunt object and poke the membrane underneath.
