The holes don't match up when assembling, so you really need to put some effort into assembling. Once installed, you can't tell.

Easy to assemble, easy to hang, but quite wobbly (two small screws). Otherwise exactly as pictured and at a good price (if it never falls).

Sturdy construction. I accidentally dropped the flashlight during installation and it was not damaged. What can you not say about my parquet. A constant reminder to have a second pair of hands to set the lamp.

In my entryway, the ceiling is lower than in the main part of the house - the usual 8 feet. I wanted the fixture to stand out but not overpower or draw more attention to the low ceiling. This device is perfect - it's way better than it looks on the web.

Nice light but cannot be fitted into modern homes without a small modification. Most modern houses have a box with lights attached and a silver wrench. can not be installed without drilling a hole in it, forget about using the bottom shaft, there is no center hole here, the light is quite heavy. So if you are flush mounting, make sure you attach it carefully.
