I had 3 level fusion back surgery. It didn't really work as expected, once tried, thrown away. The occupational therapist just told me to twist it a bit.

Helps you clean yourself clean. You have to work with it, it will work for you - I use a single layer tartan and it's difficult to get it to stay in place once you use it

Incoming TMI: Doesn't hold TP well on this one. It will fall apart in the middle of the napkin. It cleans me up, but then I have to get out all the stray toilet paper. Swap one problem for another. I just opted for wet wipes.

Took more than two months. I would return but only 4 days past the return window. The paper holding piston does not always work. The piston was completely broken in half. Don't waste money on it. Better with a rag on a stick.

If I could give this item no stars I wouldn't. It doesn't work like the instructions say. It's impossible to keep the paper on the stick unless you use a half roll. Very waste of paper and not helpful at all. Now I know why I saw so many of these in the trash can at my old apartment building which had quite a few elderly/disabled people. I'm using old washcloths again.
