Doesn't work with zippers

The strap is too short and the hook opens at the worst moment in the middle of the back. Good luck trying to return the hook if you can't see or reach it.

Fell apart on first use

Hook broke off on first use. The zipper was about 1/3 the length of the back and the hook just fell off. It's not a tight dress and I didn't pull aggressively - just the normal amount of force you would use to fasten a dress.

Falls apart immediately

Already fell apart in the package when it arrived. On the first try to use it, the rest of the metal parts fell apart completely. The fabric is very cute and it's a great idea, but for it to really work it needs to be a lot stronger. The materials used for the hook part seemed very fragile and cheap.

Useful product with a flaw

This is a very convenient product for opening a dress. It worked perfectly. I would give it 5 stars except it's not that helpful when trying to unzip the DOWN. It is very difficult to see the small hole in the zipper to attach the correct hook. It took quite a bit of time and effort to attach the unzip hook. However, the zipper arrived quickly and appears to be well made.

Does what it should!

I was a bit apprehensive when I finally received the dress that was supposed to help me fit into it. It was one of those tiny invisible flashes. It has proven to be perfect for such cases, and it's even perfect for my movement problems. I had no problem putting this dress on or off! This last issue is something a lot of people don't think about. Even piloting blindly, I was able to reinsert the hook into the zipper to unzip the zipper again. Can't comment on durability yet as I haven't had it…

I BOUGHT 3 DIFFERENT TYPES AND TRIED THEM ALL. HOWEVER, THERE IS A DESIGN FLOW. THE FLAP SHOULD HAVE ANOTHER PART FOR CLOSING AND OPENING BUT NO. HOOK IS OPEN! IF YOU LET IT DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SUPPLING IT WILL FALL OFF! NOW I KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THIS PART, I KEEP ONE OF THE THREE THAT I CHECKED.
