I like that we can access Zoom from our mobile devices, which allows us to continue working outside of an office environment even if we are in remote locations. We do not have any dislikes at this time as it is very reliable once you know how zoom works (it's intuitive). I love everything. There's nothing to dislike. I have found this to be more efficient than other software options in the marketplace and have been able to use it in other ways to streamline the process of conducting meetings and creating presentations. When adding a new person or group, it does take a while to get them on the list. If you have a large group in your organization, it does get a little tedious to keep adding to the list.
