The zipper helper worked well at first. Then it was used on a dress made of thicker material, when trying to close the dress the lace fell out of the compartment. Now it's useless because I can't bring the rope back to the branch.

This little thing works great with all zippers. I have several dresses that have nylon zippers that are difficult to zip up and unzip, and even on them, the zipper pulls up and down easily. Now I can wear my clothes more often because I don't have to fiddle with zippers anymore! :-)

Everything arrived as expected (2 stars). What was not expected was that the string came loose from the clamp on first use (or attempt to use) and pulled as advertised. Because the cord is attached to the clamp vertically, it cannot be reattached. Very disappointed.

I've been using this zipper on various summer and work clothes for six months. It works great and I haven't had any problems with it. Insanely useful product. I wish I had bought one a year ago. Edit: The drawstring came loose from the zipper after being defeated by a particularly sticky zipper. I'm not sure if there's a way to reattach it. I'll buy another one but I'm hoping to find a way to fix the broken one.
