I've zipped every zip I've ever put on (I'm a complete novice). Why didn't I know there was a zipper presser foot. Yesterday I did a test on a random piece of fabric and I really liked it! I tried threading the needle through the hole at the top. So far, so good!

This is a good suggestion for two presser feet. Unfortunately only one foot worked - the invisible foot. The other doesn't. It is prevented from mounting on the machine by a vertical bar (one that intersects) with a connecting horizontal bar. I'm not sure who made this design, but it doesn't work. I had to go back. If it worked it would be very valuable.

I'm not sure if this is user error or if the invisible zipper foot is defective, but I couldn't get the stitches close enough. The zipper is definitely still visible but it matches my fabric so it's not a big deal. I didn't take that into account in my rating. However, one side of the foot was sewn over/through the zipper teeth. Today I sewed in an invisible zipper with both feet. I already had the zipper foot that came with my car. The one that comes with the kit is almost identical and works in the same way. The invisible zipper foot worked, but I have no other experience comparing it to the Brother model. I had trouble with the invisible foot not working on either size and thought I was doing it at least well don't spend too much money on it! But after playing with it, I quickly realized it was operator error and not a leg. This was mainly due to the lack of experience with my new Brother CE8100 sewing machine.
