Zippy Pop Original Stainless Dishwasher Review

Works, but so does a lidded wok or lidded soup pot. It is impossible to clean the pot. The device on the lid is also difficult to clean. I thought it was a brilliant idea, but it really isn't.

I used to have similar popcorn makers that were aluminum which made cleaning very difficult. This popper is cleaned like new after each use. Popcorn pops with very few unpopped kernels. Zippy Pop Original is worth every penny!

It took me a while to get the hang of it - after cooking, pour the popcorn into a giant mixing bowl to let off steam as quickly as possible. New to teaching. With coconut oil - tiny squirts come out of the tiny holes so I have to put foil around the oven. Removing coconut oil from the lid, silicone, etc. is a difficult task, but it's coconut oil, not this product.

The stainless steel version of this popcorn maker is worth the higher price I paid compared to their aluminum versions in my opinion. The metal handle never gets hot. Popcorn turns out great if I follow the simple instructions that came with the popcorn maker (the video version of the instructions is also available online and is very helpful too).
