I like that it's easy for everyone involved. The app makes scheduling super simple! It also has tons of features which allow you be as customised or rigid about how things work within an office (or department!) You can have different permissions depending upon who are using what feature at any given time; this allows me flexibility while still being able to enforce rules when required too. The platform has been very easy for our staff to use as it integrates well into Slack which makes communication quick & efficient! We have found that we are able to track time better than other platforms out there - even those paid by businesses. It's also great how you can assign multiple people at once using their roles within this software so if one person leaves another step up quickly without any extra work needed from us or them.
