Didn't work for me. Even with three days of deep freeze and cola from the fridge. Just made the cola colder. Also, the inner shell that makes the slush is tiny. It only holds about four ounces (remember, a can of Coke weighs 12 ounces). The big red cup you see is just a holder to prevent condensation from forming.

Read the instructions, don't use artificial sweeteners - and you'll be glad you bought this! I bought one from Cracker Barrel (for about $20) and loved it - I bought this one because my daughter and I use it so often.
