Easy to assemble - no tools required

This chain is installed in addition to the new rear cassette. Pull and snap the connecting link to secure and the chain works great. Excellent work.

Pros

Cons
  • No instructions

It's easy to choose the length of the chain.

I used this chain on an 8 speed cassette. The fit was perfect after adjusting the chain length to accommodate the worn chain. I had an issue with the old circuit skipping which was resolved after installing the new circuit. The Master Link was very easy to connect. Recommended as a chain replacement.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Great price

Second time with this chain

I first bought this chain in October last year as a quick replacement for my original chain which broke after 5 years of use. Didn't have much time to properly maintain it back then to last long BUT as they say it lasted all winter in Vermont on bad roads and rusted pretty well. I take much better care of it this time and it works great.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Expensive

Product doesn't last long

I don't like the durability of this bike chain. I didn't expect it to last as long as the premium chain, but I expected about a thousand miles before having to replace it. I've ridden less than 250 miles this spring and my park wear indicator is already at 0.75, which means "chain change soon". This chain may be suitable for a child's bike but not for an adult rider.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • disappears

Smooth chain for sports

Smooth surface, shiny - less friction. I used dry lubricant and it still looks shiny. I was a little concerned that the main link wasn't just using it and it took me a few tries to pair it with the tool I bought from Revain, but I like it. It's a chain, what more needs to be said? I will be buying an extra one as I only got about 2-3000 miles on my last one before it started shifting ridiculously.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something

DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID!

I needed a 114 link chain like my old one. The new chain was 115 links long, so I removed one. DO NOT DO THIS, the magic link will not work if you remove the link. After consulting with everyone on YouTube, I bought a new set of gears. {32-14}. Thank God. works wonderfully. I also lubricated the chain with chain oil before the second run. good chain

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • A small change

Get what you pay for

I have to say that this chain is easy to assemble, maybe that's the problem with it. The main link is easier to put on than a real Shimano chain and broke after a few months of use. I put it on my Dahon folding bike that I ride to work. Luckily I was only 1/2 mile from home when the eruption happened and I was able to walk home without much inconvenience. I replaced it with a Shimano brand chain which is a bit more difficult to install but should last more than a few months. .

Pros
  • nice deal
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Worked best in parts and components

So I bought a used 7 speed bike for $100 (Craigslist - Dave lol). During the test drive the switch was fine. But when I got home I was riding again and the chain kept slipping off the derailleur. So I went to a bike shop and they said the front sprocket was bent, that would cost a lot of money ($200). I don't see any bent chain. Later I look at the chain and notice that one link is bent. I am considering buying a new chain. This Zon was perfect, the extra links removed and fitted to a cheap…

Chain broke (in two places) after a week

I really like these chains and my first assessment was that they are a good quality product. The finishes are excellent and the initial installation worked well. about a week. I then lent the bike to a friend and it broke in two places before it could even go two blocks. It cost us $60 to buy two (it's a large cargo bike) new replacement chains from a local store so he could be back on the road the same day. I would recommend not buying this. And I can't find any warranty information on the…
