My tadpoles grew so fast on this food.

I have several frog ponds but the challenge is to make them grow and get out of the ponds before the predators wipe them out. This feed serves its purpose.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Nothing here

He just disappears.

My frogs won't eat when I'm around but the food always runs out within minutes so I think they like it. It's like a magic trick. When I walk, the food disappears and my frogs get rounder.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Suitable for wild toad tadpoles!

I bought this to supplement the diet of the hundreds of toad tadpoles currently living in my small garden pond. They seem to like it and it helps them chew less on the plants I grow there.

Pros
  • Good Cause
Cons
  • Some Trouble

Tadpoles love this food

Volunteer frogs have taken up residence in my pond (see photo). I supplement their seaweed diet with cooked salad and this food and they love this food. It's like feeding the fish - they come to the surface to eat when I release them.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging

Tadpoles love it as good food

I have over 1000 tree frog tadpoles that I am trying to save and found in a puddle. I was changing them and wasn't sure what to feed them so I looked up YouTube on what type of food to use and I found that people were feeding it to their tadpoles. So I bought it and although the feeder doesn't say "Tree Frog Tadpoles" the tadpoles love it and flock to it every time I put it in the tank. I recommend this product

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires outlet

Use frozen mosquito larvae

Honest. The best food for aquatic frogs is frozen bloodworms, which are available at pet stores. They love bloodworms. I use it in the aquarium on days when I'm either too busy to cut mosquito larvae or tired from such a long day and just want to sleep. If they find those "little" pellets, they can grab one and eat it, but I wouldn't rely on it 100% of the time.

Pros
  • High protein pet frog diet
Cons

Didn't think my betta would love it so much

I have two African dwarf frogs that live in a 10 gallon aquarium with a male betta and a mysterious snail . When the frogs were new, they were very shy and didn't dare to eat. I've left frozen mosquito larvae in terracotta bowls outside of their little lair, but I'm not sure they eat many worms. I also assumed that my Betta would eat at least some of these worms even if he was well fed. I bought this frog food for three reasons: 1. it sinks (easily); 2. I could place it strategically; and 3. I…

Pros
  • Special food for all species of aquatic frogs and tadpoles
Cons
  • Long delivery time
