False Advertising - Food

Not as shown. The image shows a red label depicting small crickets. I have the brown sticker with large crickets. Dissatisfied

My gecko loves it!

They smell, but of course it's crickets! My leopard just loves them and they are so much easier than live crickets! I bought the big ones first and they were too big, but the mini size is perfect.

Good product for groceries

I give it four stars because it looks like a great product but my box doesn't touch it. He's VERY picky, so that doesn't mean they're bad. They're not dry, they're a bit wet, which is neither good nor bad for me, but it might be useful information for someone else :) I suppose small reptiles will find them easier to bite, so is that's a plus.

great food smell

I thought these vibes were sublimated and a little less sticky in the jar. My little slider turtle didn't touch her when I fed her. Maybe it was the antennae and the beady eyes that frightened him. I know I would. The good thing is that it comes with a small spoon so you don't have to touch anything. The packaging says to refrigerate once opened, which is a little nasty because I don't want a can of crickets in the fridge next to cream cheese, for example. And they smell fantastic. Somethingโ€ฆ

Great alternative to live crickets!

I hate feeding live insects - I know it's debatable if they're in pain or not, but I don't like seeing someone suffer and I think chasing them is stressful. I am an animal rescue and ended up with two African fat tailed geckos and a leopard gecko. I was dying to feed them live crickets and superworms, but then I discovered these canned crickets. One of the fat tails and a lion devour them well. Unfortunately, the other fattail refuses to eat anything that isn't alive, but that still reduces the

My bearded dragon comes running

Recently adopted a bearded dragon. The person who gave it to me fed it mealworms which I found out after some research is not the best way to feed a very young bearded man because they cause a blockage condition due to their chitinous envelope so I decided to a little guy to get some crickets. When I read about their nutritional needs I almost fell out of my chair - some experts say young bearded dragons need 30-50 small crickets PER DAY to achieve normal growth. But the thought of housing andโ€ฆ
