Poor build quality and does not work as expected.

Compared to previous versions of the ZUGU case, this one seems a lot cheaper. Here are some of the issues I encountered: - soft keys that are very difficult to press - the stand is misaligned and very thin. The material covering the Apple Pencil Charger is very thick and will not charge the Pencil properly. I got a new Apple Pencil for my new iPad and it's not charging all the time. I have to remove the case to fully charge the pen. It's not ideal, especially when I have to do a lot of…

The lid doesn't close tightly. The side tab sucks. The pencil will not charge.

Zugu customer since 2010. Our family has bought at least a dozen Zugu suitcases. This case is terrible! The front flap is on the right side, not the top, and closes at an angle to keep the iPad from going to sleep and draining the battery when I need it. The case is super heavy. The pencil has connection problems. I need to move the top of the case to make contact with the pen charger. I expect perfection from Zugu. Not even close. Beware of Zugu 2021. It's not the same at all. BOOO!

The magnets let me down...but still a solid case.

Just received it... Time for a review! I was excited to finally get my Zugu case. Especially since I had one for my 2018 11" IPP. The case has held up well and it was stupid to buy this version for my 2021 12.9" IPP. Packing: Good packing. The box had a few scuffs and dents. Nothing unusual. Everything inside was clean and undamaged. Free home delivery a full 3-4 weeks earlier. VERY PRETTY. The case itself is very similar to previous models. Continuous. Easy to hold. Zugu does it again! Would highly recommend this case

I don't review many products so sorry if that sounds like a digression. TLDR: The best case for iPad Pro users who don't need a keyboard. I've had Zugu for a 2015 iPad Pro 12.9 model for many years. When I finally upgraded to the 2021 model, I had no trouble using the Zugu again. Unfortunately, a case for the new model had not yet been released when I got my hands on the iPad Pro 2021. the other shell works at least half as well as the zugu, I'll just stick with it. I thought the ads were exaggerated, but I was wrong

When I was looking for a case I was looking for my new iPad Pro (12.9" 5th Gen 2021) I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to use it in bed. I write a lot in bed at night when it's quiet, so that was a critical aspect for me. I had to use it on a pillow and not slip and slide.
