The waist size is accurate, I ordered the 30/30 and it fits tightly against the waist with elastic. However, the length has to be wrong. Usually a 30 ends at my ankles perfectly, but these pants will have to get tailored unfortunately. I can step on the bottom of the pants. Not to mention, they are super baggy.
