Ordered one 18" x 24" on Sept 21, 2021 and arrived with two quarter-sized dents in the SS top. The carton was undamaged and THE DENTS WERE FROM THE INSIDE! Obvious cause was the loosely packed casters that were just wrapped in a thin bubble wrap and 1/8" thick foam. One of the dents had a distinct impression of the end of the axle bolt used on the wheels. But Best Buy quickly replaced with a new cart at no added charge. They got chipped because the inside edge sticks out to far toward the tailgate. I noticed how close they were while installing but they weren’t touching. But they must shift or tailgate shifts while driving causing them to chip and what possibly looks like may start cracking. I am going to have to shim and trim them to prevent the problem from worsening. Also notice a flicker when I plug any trailer to the truck. None of my other 3 pull rigs do this. I was really hoping this would work. I am taking dance lessons and I work up a sweat on my head, face and neck, ugh. I tried it for four weeks. I followed the directions to pat it on after showering in the evening before the lessons. It made my skin feel prickly, dry and tight such that it was hard to fall asleep. As a result of my tests I determined that this device is not worth the money or time. The brush bristles are too stiff, and the sponge attachment doesn't absorb enough water .It ended up just smearing dirt around my car instead of removing it. the only positive aspect is that it does have multiple attachments, but they all seem to be low quality. I needed this corset for an event tomorrow. It came in the mail yesterday amd when I opened the box to look at it, it is no where near the same as what I ordered. What they sent is a very cheaply made corset with plastic bones and it doesn't even have straps! I am extremely aggravated and have asked for a refund. This fits more like a thong in the back, not as pictured. The fabric doesn't fit snug to my back but fits well on the arms and chest area. The two smaller front zippers do not have any fabric behind them so a small gap of fabric exposes skin where the top of the zippers are located. I purchased this for a Halloween costume.
