Scratches super easily. This one was scratched from transit. (I returned this one.) I bought one of these in a different design,too, and the grommets on the curtain scratched it from regular use. I like that they're the same diameter as the standard plastic wheels, which means that you don't have to worry about finding that perfect position again after installing, nor does it raise the bottom end travel of the cylinder. They are about as loud as the standard plastic wheels, however. I expected them to be quieter, like the roller blade type wheels.
