Once I got past step 1.assembly was pretty easy! It holds all of the small appliances I bought it to hold! It is a replacement for my kitchen table! This is a very good quality glass lid for my Instant Pot Duo Mini (3 Qt/12 cup) pressure cooker.One nice plus is I have found it fits perfectly one of my large stove top pans, and I find I am using this glass lid for it almost always, rather than the original stainless steel. When I tugged on each of these, the strap pulled out of the clasp, rather than the clasp opening. Yes, it’s possible to open the clasp mechanism and put it back together, but my preschooler can’t do that himself, and it’s not how the clasp is meant to work. The design is poor. This cocktail strainer was a perfect fit for the shaking tins (as it should be seeing as they are both from barfly). The strainer is easy to use one handed. Cleaning is simple especially if you clean it before anything has a chance to dry. I tend to be a bit too aggressive and get pieces of sponge stuck in the spring.
