Mine doesn't seem to be fitted in the rear waist. It fits me like PJ's from the 1950's.with no shape almost like a potato sack. I have several brands of medium size cargo joggers and they look and fit like the ones in the photo.loose in the waist and thighs and thinner at the knees and ankles. What I got was nowhere near close to that. Mine fits more like Karate pants than even classic fit, except that they can be tied at the ankles. I didn't notice at first, but when using these batteries in my ThruNite headlamp, the light would flicker and shortly thereafter shut off. Turning the light back on the light would stay on for three to five seconds and shut off.At first I thought the battery may have been low, but I didn't recall much burn time on that charge, perhaps 5 or 10 minutes NOT on the brightest setting but put the battery back on the charger. Easy install. Looks and works great. Solid feel and build quality. Only bad thing is you need plenty of space behind the faucet to accommodate the angled stopper pull rod. Underneath, it slants into the drain at an angle making it hard to pull in and out without bending the rod extension. If you don't use the stopper too much, I'd highly recommend it.
