I’m 5’5 and 130lbs, 6 months postpartum. I ordered the medium for more room in the tummy area. I could have gone with a small. I can easily pull down the top to nurse, and there is enough bra support for light walks or yoga. I would not recommend this tank for running because of the lack of support. I ordered when it was on Brads Deals. I ordered the blue and I love it. It fits loose.y, I ordered a large, might could have worn a medium but did not want it snug. It came folded in an envelope. My only complaint….I had a difficult time getting the folded creases out. First I hung it in the bathroom for several days then I steamed it….then I sprayed it with cool water, then I soaked it in cold water with a bit of fabric softener, hung it outside in breeze to dry.
