I like the product, the packaging was not the greatest. The box was too big and there wasn't enough packing inside. By the time it got to my mailing house the tape had separated from the box top. The item was not damaged. On the ladder itself, only one side of the bottom was angled. I don't know if it's supposed to be like that, i don't think it is. I bought one thinking I could just switch them out of one shoe and into another after 8-12 hrs of stretching. HOWEVER, it actually takes longer than 8 hrs to stretch your shoe, so I ended up buying another one. Overall this is a pretty nice stroller. The best parts are the calf support and the ease of maneuverability. It is light compared to the Chicco bravo stroller I had so that’s nice.
