In my opininion, Huobi is good exchange for advance trader and newbie trader, because many trading tools that can you use for maximized your trading profit and experience. Trading fee in Huobi is average as usually other exchange, the rumour that many "whale" are in Huobi XD. Huobi have low withdrawal fees and fast withdrawal too.
