This product comes unassembled. That is acceptable but not having any directions and a multiple bags of various parts is not. It says they will send you the instructions. These soap dishes are EXACTLY what I needed. They are very sturdy, a nice true white color, the back edge is raised just the right amount, and the ridges for soap to rest on are a good height. If you have really soft soap that gets used frequently, NO soap dish is going to prevent some build-up of soap mush around the ridges, but these soap dishes will make it less mushy, and clean easier. So it took forever to come in the mail, box was damaged, but luckily desk was not. It was fairly easy to setup. Took my roommate and i about an hour to build. It is pretty wobbly and the screws in the back cant go in because its misaligned. And the gold is not that bright its more of a dark brassy gold. I bought the black and green dress as a business dress. I attend a lot of meetings and wanted more professional, but vibrant clothes. I really like it! It fits perfectly and true to size. My only complaint is that I have a large bottom, so the dress rides up above it slightly and the back slit goes up to the bottom of my bum and I would never be able to bend down with this. As a hesitant buyer I was pleasantly surprised by this USB rechargeable lighter. IT`S butane-free and better for your health and household. As a result of using this product, I found that it was much easier to light candles and anything else that required a flame .The fact that it's rechargeable makes it more eco-friendly too. I wanted new towels, loved the color but when I washed them, lint filter was full. Towels shrunk. As they didn’t have white, got a different brand which was much thicker, softer and didn’t leave lint in the lint filter and didn’t shrink. Disappointed. I probably can’t return this, unfortunately, because I washed it before using it. Who wants to smell fabric sizing? Well, after washing and drying it became a wrinkled MESS.
