Nothing like the picture at all. It’s a huge duffel bag made out of cheap material with zippers and strap. It did the job for putting the tree up in the attic this past year. This is a nice blower and motor for the price. Works as designed. The blower does make a bit of noise but that's going to exist regardless of how much you spend for it. The very nature of "squirrel cage" blowers dictates that you will hear it. One additional thing to note on "your installation" is the design of the area where the blower will be installed.
