This is the 3rd of these ROKR "coasters" I've purchased, and the other 2 models operate very well. This one was much more difficult to assemble and is apparently VERY sensitive if you don't get the pieces assembled with laser-like precision. I have one where you can pull down the silver part that the plant hooks to and then it will stay where you pulled it down to so you can water the plant and then you can make it retract. So Easy. This one though does not retract and if you have a plant hanging on it, you have to lift the plant and hope the thing will wind back up/retract. it's worse than having no device at all.See full review
