It’s difficult to get the cover on once the foam has expanded. Mine immediately puffed up as soon as I took the plastic wrap off. I could not squeeze it into the cover. After multiple attempts I put the loose plastic back over the foam. Then I grabbed some kitchen twine swished the foam down as much as I could and tied it around the middle and each side of the foam roll. Then I squeezed it into the cover. These small tanks are designed to be used by certified scuba divers as a backup air source to get you to the surface if you run out of air. Expect a trip to the ER if you're deep enough. Cons: The wheels are horrible, even on hardwood and vinyl floors.
