If you’re in the slender or thing side it might be a little too big around the waist even at the smallest setting. Luckily for me, I had a sewing machine to alter the strap around the waist, but if you’re a woman and fit a size 5 or smaller in jeans, it may be a little big. It definitely won’t fall or slide off, but the bag may droop forward a little since the waist band is too big.See full review

My dog travels on airplane sometimes. Some flights are 5-6 hrs and he drinks quite a bit during the flight, so it's a guarantee that once he lands he will pee.I start to put this on once we're about to walk outside the aircraft upon landing. Sure enough, after he got out of the plane he would squat and pee. The diaper holds quite a lot of pee. Once he pees a lot I usually just take out the diaper and put it in plastic bags. Seems fairly sturdy, but I'm not a huge fan of the design in that the 'extendability' of the adapter is not lockable and can freely lengthen/contract when you're storing it or using it. I had an event to set up and read the horrible reviews about the smell. Someone advised to wash them and said the scent would be washed off. NOT TRUE- I WASHED, SOAKED PLENTY OF TIMES AND NO!
