This machine runs quiet and heats efficiently. The wifi connectivity and ability to use with Home or Alexa is extremely convenient, the govee app has been pretty simple to use. Love this product's quality however they are more like 16G than 18G. I pierced my ear with a 16G needle and these didn't fit inside the needle and so they were hard to get into the piercing hole. The ball on the back is kinda difficult to get on but that is how all barbell earrings are.
