Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I wouldnt recommend these liners. The liners rip easily and do not fit properly in 55-gallon bins .The only pro is that they are somewhat durable, but that doesn't make up for the high price and poor quality. I am 5'3" 145lbs; 34DD, 29 waist, 42 hip.I originally ordered the Army Green in a size L. I typically wear smalls-mediums, but I like my shorts to fit loose. The Large was just a bit too tight in the waist band for me. I sized up to an XLarge and the waist was much more comfortable. However, their was barely any difference in the length and how the undershorts fit.I took off 1 star because I ordered the Brown and Black pair as well, but they both were very shiny in comparison to the green pair. Bought these for my daughter and she loves them. She wanted something pink, so this compromise of pink and black she was happy with. Does not offer support but if you are petite it will fit nice. The thong was very sexy. The top didn't cover my breast I am a 38DD And I had underboob but if you don't mind that look it's great. I would think it's great for tanning. See full review
