This portfolio is definitely top-notch in terms of construction. It looks elegant and it seems very durable. Unfortunately, it came with a very strong chemical smell that does not go away. When I took it to class, my classmate sitting next to me noticed the smell, so it is not subtle at all. The white print on dark purple may not be the easiest for everyone to read. I got this for a purple lover and they loved it. You don't realize how useful a long tape measure is until you don't have one. Yes, it takes time to roll up when your done with it; it's 120 inches long.
