It's a very minimal 3x5 index card file. I bought it to use as a backup password manager. It IS a bit tight because it’s meant for diving and swim sport, so unless you’re doing high action water sports I’d recommend getting a size up from the recommended one in the sizing chart. I couldn't put on sox without it, but it only starts my foot into the sock.
