The team themselves are doing an alright job at promoting themselves online, but they could certainly improve in this area.
And, I would like to see them update their website to make it more relevant in ICON’s post-ICO phase.
Having said that, ICON has recently announced they will be making some major changes to their media channels, and will be employing some brand ambassadors to respond to people’s questions on Twitter, Reddit, and other places.
