Update changed to four stars for customer service. Four stars is issue with batteries themselves. On and off I have trouble with them not lasting, some being dead right out of package. They contacted me so I told them how it is with these, they did replace my full order. Kudos to the seller. Un fortunately it’s still the same some dead some don’t last as long. Cheapest shelving unit I have EVER seen. HORRIBLY DESIGNED with thin and bent cheap metal. The plastic coupling is a JOKE & the ‘sturdiness’ they advertised is completely untrue. The thing is wobbly and would NOT be used in my house! NO WAY! The stated ‘980 lbs’ of weight is DEFINITELY not happening on those flimsy thin wire shelves. I expected them to have a red bottom. The shoes that have a red bottom need to be correctly labeled on this wensite. Looking at other reviews of this shoe shows these shoes with red bottoms. Some may get confused and other the wrong shoes. See full review

This unit weighs about one pound as manufactured. The panels are sewn into a heavy ballistic nylon folder. If you are handy with a soldering iron, you can easily remove the panels from the folder and rewire them. Mine now weigh 9 oz. I can easily separate them so I can have a 6.5 w panel that weighs 4 oz. The power rating seems a little optimistic but it is close to what I have measured in the January sun. See full review
