Much like most reviewers here, there is a strong ginseng smell - but that only means it has ginseng in it, which IMHO makes it more reputable. It is off-putting at first, but I think that’s BC we are ingrained in smelling fragrances in our beauty products. It offers a nice barrier of protection on the skin as well as moisturizes and hydrates the skin. It may feel thick and greasy, but I like it for winters and night time.
