Love these energy shooters! The taste isn’t great BUT it’s so small it’s easy to drink! I usually drink half at a time. Got it to refill 1lb bottles for camping but even freezing the bottles, they don't fil up too much. Maybe 1/2 full. I attribute this to the length of the hose and the liquid evaporating inside the hose until it has time to cool the hose down. Good for emergency filing but not convenient filling of bottles. If filing many bottles in succession, it might be fine. However, 1 or 2, not so great.I didn't have leaks and it works fine.See full review

I', 5'9 - 140 lbs. and I ordered a MEDIUM. The fit was fine, but felt a bit short on me and I would have been swimming in a large.
