I bought this back in August 2020 and have used it every day since. The "switch" knob and Volume knob have a great feel to them when moving. The only issue I had was the "Mute", "IN/OUT" switch (red button). It was causing problems where audio would cut out on one side, sometimes left sometimes right, it is very sensitive, the slightest movement would cut the audio.
