I would never presume to tell other people what to buy, but here is what I ran into with these curtains. I ordered 2 packages of 72” long. One package had a panel that was 71” and one that was 71.5. The other package had one that was 71” and one panel that was actually 72” long. Of course we didn’t notice this until we went to hang them.On top of that, lucky me the sheers I bought to go with them were not 72” either, but 74” 🤦‍♀️. I guessed wrong about the size. I wear some tops in a size small and some pants in a 12, so it is hard to guess whether to order medium or large. I chose large, which makes the neckline and shoulders too droopy, although the lower half is as loose as I had hoped. I suspect the medium would be just right, although it is possible it would be less flowing than I'd want. I normally wear an 8.5 and purchased a 9. The opening is a little small and my toes are right up against the end of the slipper. I definitely should have bought a 10, I can barely get my foot in with socks on. Luckily these are felt and will stretch out. The bottom cushioning is average. The tips of the nibs are so rigid and stiff that nearly each upstroke causes the nib to skid across the paper and splatter ink. We have been using Winsor & Newton ink (not inexpensive), and also have watched multiple beginner videos and continually modified our grip, pressure, and position in an attempt to fix the skipping, but the instructors we've watched have said that higher-quality nibs are slightly curved under at the tip, preventing the skidding and skipping on the upstroke. So I have been trying desperately to find a shirt exactly like my Danskin one that was thin breathable had thumb holes and a hood. (Yes I’m aware that’s very particular haha) but it’s so hard to find and Danskin quit making it. Well this one I love even more!
