Based on my observations I can say this skirt is one of my favorites. The waist is cinched nicely and adds a level of comfort .The pleated design is flattering and the length falls nicely above the knee. I love the versatility it provides, whether I pair it with tights in colder weather or with a tank top for summer. For the price of the leggings they are definitely worth it. However, if you are looking for better quality I wouldn't recommend it. After washing it a couple of times, the material starts to get some spots which makes it look old. Another important thing that I have noticed is that it is very tight around the waist.
