I bought these for wearing at the beach and snorkeling. They did an okay job but I still had to use sunscreen as they are a bit too wide at the bottom and are not as long as I had hoped. I am 5’9 and these come about 4 or 5 inches above my ankle. They are comfortable and I like that there are panties in them.And beware if you wash them be sure you have good knots.
