A conversion submitted and no payment after 8 hours, so i sent messages via twitter, because the support was not working. They where totally unhelpful insisting i use only ticket system, I showed them the error messages received after creating the ticket and still they refused to acknowledge a fault in the ticket system. Finally after 2 days a positive response was given on twitter and i was contacted via Email regarding my ticket. They then processed the conversion more than 58 hours later See full review
