Overall, my experience with the company helped me understand how they work in technical terms and support terms. Their interface is absolutely amazing, they have the best API in the industry and they care about their people's needs when it comes to technical excellence. The only downside is the obvious lack of support and its professionalism, but other than that I recommend the exchange.
Pros
- The team is outstanding, they have senior staff from previous companies (CEO, CTO) that made wonderful contributions to the industry. The current company is comprised by highly sophisticated and skilled professionals.
Cons
- There has been a lot of problems concerning support. I've seen real cases when people's interaction with the company was extremely unprofessional. They have a lot of ground to cover on the support department.
