Works great. The water hasn't stopped flowing for the weeks I've had it. Easy construction. I feel like it makes the water fresher. After two weeks I washed the pre-filter. My two dogs seem to enjoy it very much.

Bought for my Husky who drinks a ton of water and I like that it is filtered. It's quite noisy, but I added some foam underneath and that changed the noise level a lot. It's much quieter now. I'm sure foam will void all warranties so use at your own risk!

I have 3 cats and 2 dogs. These animals love it. It was a little tricky to assemble, but I think it was operator error. The noise level is very low unless the water is running out. Then it sounds very loud and forces you to do something about it. I have a 130 lb dog that drinks a lot of water so I have to top it up every 3-4 days. Plus it was such a godsend for my animals.

Followed the instructions and even the video. But don't forget to return all the parts, including the bright blue one that looks like a simple engine guard. I neglected it thinking it was just for packing but no it's for the motor to move the water efficiently. Also, it works great for many of the animals we have. My only complaint is that I wish the valve setting was fully open to allow more water to flow.

This is a real upgrade for our dog and cat! We had the cheaper Amazon fountain and it kept running out of water and had to be filled to get the fountain working. This one is more like a water overflow and has a basin at the bottom for the water to collect. Both my cat and dog love this fountain. Included is a picture of my 15 pound ragdoll next to the fountain. The size is just right for my 70lb dog.

I'm glad I bought this product despite a decent amount of bad reviews because it turns out you all can't read instructions. All the videos I watched were all missing parts (didn't reassemble them properly after cleaning for use), no wonder they don't work. I mean oh. I love PetSafe fountains they are the best. We just got this new style for us, we've always used the original before. I love that it's a lot quieter than the original, but I felt it lacked build quality compared to the original. Arrived on time and packaged very well. All parts are included, parts are not broken, cracked etc. Very easy to wash and assemble. Our cat put it in its place and looked at it for a while as it was a bit different from the old one. But when he started drinking some of it later that night, he really seems to be loving it now.
