The interest rate on Binance

I have been using Binance from very beginning. The exchange is on of the best but due to the low interest rates there are opportunities (different exchanges) to invest better so I switched part of the assets. On the other hand they support a lot of fiat and lot of altcoins so sometimes it is crucial to use their services. They have higher fees in compare to some exchanges but still below average. I will continue using it. There are plenty of promotions which are fun to attend. They are game changer so my expactations are that they will help adapt crypto to wider community

Rating has not been changed

After comparing to other top tier exchanges, which Binance obviously is, they have made a lot of progress. They have started the Launchpad where you can get, after usually staking BNB, free tokens of new projects. 
They have added the crypto card account and crypto card in colaboration with Swipe. They have developed their own chain with smart contracts.
