BTC-Alpha is simple good looking exchange with same major problems... The problems can be fixed id the exchange go a bit more transparent. I think that's the key for this exchange to grow bigger transparency to their users. I would recommend use this exchange only in deep need for same your favorite altcoins however don't store your founds there.

Pros
- + Almost all major alt coins available + Easy registration process + Easy accessible live chatbox + Fee depend on how much you trade during 30 days period of time from 0.20% to 0.10% + Platform is smooth and it's not lagging + BTC-Alpha offers charting
Cons
- - There are rumors BTC-Alpha does not store any their assets in cold storage - Margin trading not available - Lot of people complain about their support... They not respond in time etc...

I agree with you,,btc alpha is great exchange,and fast for trading ,deposit and withdrawal,almost a major koin list in Btc alpha,the problem can be fixed the exchange go a bit more transparent.
