There seem to be some exchange platforms on the web that support a specific group of people. Most times, they tend to support the country in which they are found and don't allow access to their services to people from other parts of the world. I don't find this too interesting as some traders from another country might have spotted the exchange platform as a good one and have intentions of signing up only to discover his or her country isn't accepted.
The exchange platform that got me talking this way is the BuyUcoin exchange platform. This happen to be an Indian exchange platform that has its concentration on the Indian market, although it allows some other countries to make use of their platform. Everything proves the fact that this exchange platform is Indian. First is the fact that the exchange platforms user interface can be in their language, the price of cryptocurrencies are given in Indian Rupees and they publicly wrote something on their interface which reads: "Buy Dogecoin in India." and "Sell Dogecoin in India."
I then decided to create an account with this exchange platform, only to discover that traders from m country are not accepted. They limited their services to only these countries: India, Thailand, USA, UK, Europe and Singapore. And unfortunately, I don't seem to belong from any of these countries.
