Have had this issue for 2 weeks where it says my order filled, but I don't have either the BTC or the coin that i wanted to buy, It's like my money just disappeared into thin air, no one seems to care about my issue, tried calling their phone line, where they just hang on me, Tickets have been unanswered since the start, running out of options here.
