One of the strength it had then was is customer service desk. It had an effective service desk that attend to issue on time, and they were friendly.
The team was able to work hard to list the only asset that passed there requirement which was the added advantage to the trader, because it made them to trade with only trusted asset.
I love how they were conducted there Know Your Customer, Within few minutes the verification of document had done
Fee on the exchange was another plus to it. The transaction fee was cheap compare to other exchange. This made it to be more competitive when it was operating.
In terms of deposit an asset the only method to made deposit was through crypto. Apart from this it was a platform that very easy to use.
The exchange was a great exchange, the team had to inform the trader of closing down and waiting patiently for traders to withdrew all their asset on the platform.
